We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team in Newquay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
– Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
– Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
– Collaborate effectively with other team members and communicate with clients professionally.
– Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 5 years Qualified in residential plumbing.
– Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
– Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
– Ability to read technical drawings.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
